Nickname: Butch
Alex is not the most classically trained batsman or bowler but nobody gives more than this guy on the pitch and he will do any job as required. He keeps wicket when asked, has taken wickets a plenty and bashed all types of bowling to the four corners.
The Postie who never fails to deliver, Butch has had his playing opportunities curtailed by marriage and family and stuff, but when we can get him on a pitch you should watchout.
