Raz is the skipper of the 1st team, He has successfully got the 2nd team promoted two years in a row and now has been elevated to lead the 1st team. Raz is a very good batsmen but did not perform to his potential in 2008 and should be a guy that averages in the 40's rather than 30's. Also as one of his nick names suggest he takes wickets everytime he bowls and having mastered swing bowling last season he will be at the forfront of the bowling attack. It will be a very big season for Raz but we are all sure he will continue his success in 2009.
