Trend & Thomas were first incorporated in 1985 making us the most established and longest serving Estate Agency & Surveyors within the Three Rivers' District, in fact 2010 marks our 25th Anniversary!


Mr Michael Trend FRICS, the original managing partner, sadly passed away in 2008 but the company has gone from strength to strength in the intervening 25 years with the Survey & Professional office now being run independently by Paul Harris FRICS and the Residential Sales, Lettings & New Homes office now a family run business, with Neil Guilfoyle at the helm.  The Commercial department is jointly overseen by both Paul and Neil and the entire Trend & Thomas business works seamlessly to provide the most professional, capable and independent service in the area.

Trend & Thomas offers all the traditional values you would expect from a well-established yet independent firm, but also rigorously combines the latest innovations and technology to offer a modern, quality service we are immensely proud of.
